Spartan Program 2016
Marking another milestone with the emerging innovative human resources developments in the industry, Spartans programme is another inventive vision of our company. Spartans training and competition is aimed towards gaining ability to build Business Process Applications with having knowledge in K2 Blackperl and experience while making it a tool to identify the most progressive users within the teams. It is a uniquely programmed to fine-tune emerging stars whose light can shine on Ceymplon and jEyLaBs.
K2 is used by organizations to implement applications or projects. K2 applications can be developed without writing any code, in effect creating a platform that allows power users to assemble application with Data, Forms, Workflows and Reports themselves, without having to register a development project with IT. That said, K2 can also be used by development teams that write code to implement larger projects with tools like Visual Studio. The platform supports both styles of applications.
K2 provides tools for both the power user audience (such as the browser-based K2 Designer environment) and tools for developer audiences (such as K2's integration with Visual Studio). You can integrate with many systems using K2's proprietary SmartObjects technology, and build powerful workflows that automate human-to-human and human-to-system business processes.
We have initiated our first K2 Spartan training program with three participants from one of our teams in the Jaffna office monitored by jEyLaBs, Australia. It was a 7 days continues training program and contained assessments and assignments each day. It covered various K2 Concerns zones.
Spartan “Wave 1” program brought the initial success with the achievement of 3 participants namely Kajan, Bala, and Suki and it was followed by the consecutive success of Wave 2 with 4 participants Vithu, Siran, Pirathap and Nava. Spartans have built the finest technical army so far and paved the way to forge ahead.
They said “We feel great and confident in building real world workflow application. It was a great opportunity to accomplish this most proud achievement from jEyLaBs. Now we can soundly say “We are Spartans” as K2 Graduates.”
They endeavored their best to bring up their expertise with full effort and hard work and we are proudly saying that they did it. Now they gained confidence and more knowledge to make a successful journey in their career and it serves as a stepping stones to future victories at jEyLaBs and Ceymplon.
