In 2018, the CGI had been engaged with the Centre for Poverty Analysis (CEPA) in capturing the baseline data on public service performance for interventions to be undertaken subsequently, the CGI sought for a Service Provider for designing and developing a Mobile Survey Application and Web-based Survey Management and Reporting System for assessing the citizen satisfaction in the public services.
In this situation, Ceymplon had been provided with that assignment, and Ceymplon designed and developed a smart Android Mobile Application for them. Then, the CEPA used the application for capturing citizen satisfaction regarding the Local Authority and Education Department Services in Moneragala, Mullaitivu, and Batticaloa districts in closely with the ACTED.
According to the CGI/ CEPA, “It was a robust mobile application solution for gathering data from field locations as per the survey needed. The system with the mobile application was developed for tabs, and survey management and report sharing dashboard in the web. We are very much pleased to realize the support provided by Ceymplon for the implementation of mobile application and subsequent operations, continuous maintenance, updating, and troubleshooting, and for its follow up to ensuring the seamless operation. By employing such a latest cutting edge technology, we were able to conduct the study very effectively and efficiently”.
