Ceymplon (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in Jaffna. This opportunity is ideal for a fresh graduate or an entry-level candidate who wishes to build a career in sales, marketing, and business development within the software industry.

• Assist in identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities.
• Communicate with prospective customers through telephone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer communications.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Coordinate with the technical and management teams to understand and promote Ceymplon’s software products and services.
• Assist with other sales and marketing activities as required.

• A diploma, degree, or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates awaiting final results are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
• An interest in technology, software products, sales, and digital marketing.
• Confidence in communicating with prospective customers.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital communication platforms.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work full-time from our Jaffna office.

Previous work experience is not required. Relevant academic projects, volunteer experience, or involvement in marketing and sales activities will be considered an advantage.
