Ceymplon provides digital agency and IT services including but not limited to:

•       Website design and development

•       Digital marketing and branding

•       IT consulting and solutions

•       Recruitment and HR-related services

•       E-commerce solutions and related digital services

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of specific services are defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to clients separately.

 

3. Payments

3.1 Payment Obligations

All payments made through the Website or as part of a service agreement with Ceymplon are due in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase or as outlined in your service proposal.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through the methods made available on the Website. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is accurate.

3.3 Currency

All payments are processed in the currency specified at the time of transaction. Ceymplon is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, the relevant service or project may be paused until payment is successfully completed. Ceymplon reserves the right to cancel a service engagement in the event of non-payment.

 

4. No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO CEYMPLON ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

•       No refunds will be issued once payment has been received, regardless of the circumstances

•       This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, dissatisfaction with the service outcome, or project cancellation initiated by the client

•       Partial refunds will not be provided for partially completed work or unused portions of a service package

In exceptional circumstances, Ceymplon may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a service credit (not a monetary refund) toward future services. Such consideration does not constitute an obligation or precedent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ceymplon or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a project, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred as agreed in the relevant service agreement. Ceymplon retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Ceymplon for services agree to:

•       Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery

•       Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes

•       Ensure they hold the necessary rights to any content, images, or materials provided to Ceymplon

•       Not use Ceymplon's services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceymplon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Ceymplon in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ceymplon does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
